KP Dodd Construction a family run business based in Royton Oldham.
KP Dodd undertake all aspects of building work and have a highly skilled workforce who undertake domestic and commercial projects including extensions, conversions, refurbishment, full renovations, roofing, structural works and groundworks.

We currently employ a variety of tradesmen, management and office staff, and have access to our selected sub-contractors who are trained to the same high standard that is expected from the company.
All our staff are qualified tradesmen and have completed all mandatory courses required by the construction industry.
As well as trade and mandatory qualifications such as Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and Manual Handling our staff hold non-trade specific qualifications including Emergency First Aid at Work, PASMA, IPAF, IOSH Working Safely, SMSTS, Equality and Diversity and Sage Accounting.
As well as being competitive within the private client sector and undertaking insurance work, we at KP Dodd are particularly proud to be an approved contractor for local authorities, housing trusts and housing associations. This work includes refurbishments, renovations, regeneration works, groundworks and DDA works. Our work covers the North West area and we have completed works on various local authority schemes throughout the region.
Previous works have included full refurbishments of shared living schemes, full house refurbishments following change of tenants, bathrooms and extensions to local authority properties. We also complete many DDA works for local authorities throughout the year, these include: -installation of level access showers, extensions, bathrooms and ramps, all of which meet the client’s individual needs and specific requirements.
Accreditation onto the approved contractor lists, is only attained after vigorous assessment and yearly reviews which enable the company to show they have continued to maintain the exceptionally high standards expected.
The areas reviewed include staff competence, health and safety, risk management, craftsmanship, management duties, staff and customer communication and customer satisfaction.
Regular monitoring by our office staff ensure our feedback from clients is kept up to date and any issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
